I-I didn't really reference any of their outfits so it could be wrong, so sorry about that!

My personal thought on the matter is that Gilbert tried his best to break the news to Hungary, but Hungary takes it the wrong way and thinks that he's making fun of her manhood. Prussia was definitely cuter when he was a kid! (He probably got all embarrassed and stuff! Or this is just my fangirl mind at work OTL" )
